An annual publication, Durack’s Course Guide is aimed at an audience primarily comprising school leavers aged between 16 and 19 years, living in the Gascoyne and Mid West areas. The guide is distributed at career expos and schools throughout the region, as well as published online.
The design needed to be informative, fun and engaging, whilst still complementing Durack’s established brand.
The project took approximately three months from commencement to completion.
As part of the design process, a style guide was created to ensure Durack’s branding was correctly and consistently displayed.
Bright, bold colours were chosen for the palette and Roboto – a modern, yet approachable font – was selected for the text. Lots of real photos of students throughout the publication create interest and showcase what Durack has to offer.
To comply with the company’s environmentally friendly policies, the publication was printed on 55% recycled paper.
The client was impressed with our contemporary approach to the design and happy with the overall product.
