The WA Local Government Association (WALGA) is the voice of Local Government in Western Australia. As the peak industry body, WALGA advocates on behalf of 139 WA Local Governments and negotiates service agreements for the sector.
In 2013, WALGA partnered with Market Creations to provide a consistent platform state-wide with individually developed websites for local government authorities. With more than 80 subscribers and over 100 websites delivered to date, CouncilConnect is an innovative cloud subscription service for local government.
