We began our partnership with Wajarri Enterprises by developing distinct brand concepts that differentiate WEL from its other entities, Wajarri Yamaji Aboriginal Corporation and Winja Wajarri Barna Limited. With these concepts, we created a comprehensive style guide that encompasses logo usage, colour palettes, typography, and more. This guide informed the design of their uniforms, email signatures, PowerPoint and Word templates, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence across all touchpoints. Our cohesive branding strategy has enabled WEL to effectively communicate its values and services, building stronger connections with clients and partners.

The Website

Wajarri Enterprises approached us to develop their first online presence, seeking a platform that would effectively communicate their mission, services, and values. Utilising the brand presence we developed for WEL, the team created a unique and engaging website presence, highlighting their vibrant orange and brown colour palette to create a balanced corporate, yet organic design. Using our in-depth knowledge of the organisation, the MCA team identified and created an intuitive site map partnered with engaging, informative content, reflective of their brand and mission. The outcome was a user-friendly, responsive website that showcases WEL’s diverse service offerings and highlights their commitment to Wajarri employment and engagement. We also provided professional photography services to capture authentic visuals, enhancing the website’s appeal and credibility.

Marketing Management

To further support Wajarri Enterprises’ mission, we conducted a comprehensive marketing audit of both WEL and Drummond Cove Holiday Park, which they acquired in 2023. This audit covered their web presence, social media activity, and print and digital marketing efforts. Based on our findings, we provided strategic recommendations aimed at improving brand visibility, enhancing engagement, and driving growth. We also manage their monthly newsletter, delivering not only compelling copy but also professional graphic design services to ensure a polished, branded appearance that reflects WEL’s identity and professionalism to their stakeholders.

Mentorship and Support

Understanding WEL’s focus on creating employment opportunities and providing training opportunities for Wajarri people, we developed a series of workshops tailored to the needs of their newly hired Communications Officer. These workshops covered essential topics such as SEO, Google Analytics, branding fundamentals, and marketing planning. By providing hands-on training and mentorship, we empowered WEL’s staff to take charge of their marketing activities with confidence and competence. Our ongoing support as mentors ensures that WEL’s team continues to develop the skills needed to grow their business and achieve their long-term goals.
