30th Anniversary Annual Report

To celebrate the Town's 30th anniversary, Market Creations Agency collaborated closely with the Town's project team to create a special edition Annual Report that reflected three decades of community spirit, innovation and commitment. The publication blended artwork developed for the Town's anniversary celebrations with established brand elements, creating a distinctive design that felt both celebratory and professional. The result was a report that moved beyond statutory reporting requirements to become a visual reflection of the Town's history, achievements and ongoing connection with the community.

Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan

The Town's inaugural Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan presented an opportunity to create a publication that was culturally respectful, visually impactful and deeply connected to local stories. Working closely with the Town and artist Fiona Reidy, our team developed a publication design that honoured the cultural significance of the commissioned artwork while ensuring the document remained practical, accessible and aligned with the Town's broader brand identity.

Corporate Business Plan

The Town's 2024/25 to 2027/28 Corporate Business Plan required a polished and professional design capable of presenting complex strategic information in an engaging and accessible format. Across more than 50 pages, our design team transformed detailed planning content into a highly visual publication incorporating photography, icons, data visualisation and structured layouts. The final document balanced readability with corporate professionalism, helping communicate the Town's strategic priorities, financial planning and organisational objectives clearly for both internal and external audiences.

Brand Refresh and Communication Toolkit

Market Creations Agency worked closely with the Town of Cambridge through a series of face-to-face meetings and workshops to modernise and strengthen its visual identity.

Working collaboratively with Town stakeholders, our team developed a range of branding concepts before refining and implementing a refreshed visual style across numerous communication assets. To support ongoing adoption, we created an extensive suite of branded templates including letterheads, business cards, email signatures, social media graphics, report covers, posters, flyers and newsletter templates.

We also developed customised Canva templates and delivered hands-on training workshops, giving Town staff the confidence and capability to create consistent, professional communications in-house. To support ongoing community engagement, our team also designed a branded Mailchimp newsletter template that aligned seamlessly with the refreshed identity.
