About the client

Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (GRAMS) is a regional health service provider with locations across the Midwest/Gascoyne region. Its mission is to provide high-quality and progressive health care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Through their services and programs, GRAMS sought to empower Aboriginal people to live healthy lives, enriched by a strong living culture, dignity, and justice.

The Brief

With employees working across three clinic locations in Geraldton, Carnarvon, and Mount Magnet, it was important for GRAMS to have an effective external and internal communication tool to keep the communities as well as the organisation teams informed. GRAMS aims to improve community awareness and access to quality health care and resources through an effective website and holistic marketing strategies. 

Website and Intranet

The GRAMS website features a vibrant and contemporary design, representing the three service locations. The news and events feeds are categorised by the clinic locations to keep the customers informed on the services and programs based on where they are.

To help improve internal communications, Market Creations Agency worked with GRAMS to develop an intranet that would facilitate the sharing of organisational information and resources among staff. The intranet became a central hub for GRAMS staff to connect with other employees across locations and gain awareness on what is happening organisation wide. 

Marketing and Communications

We worked with GRAMS to achieve their organisational objectives through creative, compelling marketing and communications. This includes social media, public relations, website management, brand management, and graphic design.

Market Creations Agency has been managing the GRAMS Facebook page, drafting monthly content calendars, and providing strategic advice on branding, reputation, and social media campaigns. Some key campaigns that we have developed for GRAMS include flu vaccinations, mental health, and COVID-19 vaccinations.
