Tambrey Primary School

Tambrey Primary School is an independent primary school in Karratha, catering to around 650 students. In late 2022, following one of our team’s regular visits to Karratha, Tambrey entrusted Market Creations Agency to design and develop their new school website, with the goal of elevating their digital presence, and better showcasing the wonderful community spirit and educational journey that Tambrey offers its students.

Website Design

The goal was to create a friendly and welcoming digital hub for Tambrey’s parent and guardian (P&G) community while positioning the school as a top learning choice for families relocating to Karratha, a highly transient area of Western Australia. Our team captured this vision by designing an intuitive, vibrant website that reflects Tambrey’s motto: Nurture, Inspire, Achieve. Additionally, subtle Indigenous design elements were incorporated to honour the school's strong Aboriginal student population and cultural diversity.

Website Development

The website boasts several key features, including a hero image rotator, quick links menu, latest news feed, and an events calendar, helping parents and guardians stay informed and engaged. The Tambrey team actively uses the calendar to promote key school events, such as swimming carnivals, NAPLAN testing, and award ceremonies.

Outcome

Tambrey Primary School praised the new website as a significant improvement over its previous online presence. The platform now serves as a central hub of information for the P&G community while also reinforcing the school’s reputation as a top choice for families moving to the area.
